Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Team Leaders to join our organization. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams working with different technology stacks, including ReactJS, Angular, React Native and .NET. Your primary role will be to lead and oversee the delivery aspects of projects, manage people, and facilitate effective communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers working on either one of these technology stacks, including ReactJS, React native, Angular, and .NET.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project goals and deliverables.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and promoting professional growth.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and clients, ensuring effective communication and managing client expectations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to senior management when necessary.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and provide guidance on technical best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in any of the technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, React Native or .NET.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams of at least 3-4 members in a software development environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects within allocated timeframes and resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in client management and providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
