The client was a sports club that needed a system to manage its administrative activities like membership registration and management, package subscriptions, membership renewals, and payment handling.
Challenges:
- Their existing application would only work on desktops and could not be accessed in real-time from the sports field.
- Payment for activities could not be done on-the-go, causing many delays for members
- Marking attendance for staff became a tedious process since they needed to come back to the office to do it
- Members were unable to receive updates and information regarding their prior practice sessions.
The Zerone approach:
A hybrid mobile app was developed that streamlined internal operations as well as offered features for members to view information about prior practice sessions. The mobile application also had a timeline feature that allowed members to share their achievements with each other. A payment module was integrated with the hybrid mobile app which allowed members to make their payments instantly.
